What is the PPP?
Traditional Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs) tend to be reactive, providing support only after mental health challenges have emerged. In contrast, the Veretis Peak Performance Program (PPP) takes a proactive approach. We focus on identifying and addressing potential mental health concerns within your organisation before they affect both staff well-being and overall performance.
What should I expect when I sign up?
Upon launching the PPP, you'll gain access to our exclusive digital PPP Portal, where you can explore valuable resources and track your progress.
You and your fellow PPP members will follow the same 6-Stage Framework, but the topics within each stage are completely up to your individual needs and goals.
Each quarter, you'll come together for an in-person group session, facilitated by one of our expert clinicians, to share insights and continue your progress alongside your peers.
